Going through rough situations, periods, and phases can be challenging for individuals, couples, or families. Suffering can arise at any point in life. It can be related to an unexpected event, a permanent condition, or a life crisis.

I like to think of therapy as a safe space. In individual therapy, I help the client understand and work through their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to improve their mental well-being. I have experience working with people with a wide range of mental health conditions. One-on-one therapy is useful to develop resources to cope with life changes, build self-esteem, and improve relationships.


My goal when conducting couples therapy is to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and increase intimacy and satisfaction in their relationship. It can be a short-term or a long-term process, depending on the specific needs of the couple and the severity of the issues they are facing.


My work with families aims at helping them better understand and support one another, so they can find their way through challenges and improve overall functioning and well-being. Developing communication skills is a crucial ingredient of this process.
